I'm back in San Antonio!!
Missed you guys tons! I've still got camping next week the 22nd to the 24th though, lol.
Man, it is INTERESTING being an unaccompanied minor! You get passed around from person to person and meet other UMs like we were being detained, haha. We made friends with some kids and played cards. I also met a very nice bus driver, who told us "Being happy is a choice. You have a choice to look at your situation, even is it is filled with people who are trying to make you miserable as them, and you have to look at it your way and you can decide to be happy in such a place. It's a choice! Live for yourself!" amongst other things. It was really random, but we talked on the bus ride and made good friends. He had this heavy African(or was it Jamaican?) accent, and it was a pleasure meeting him.
It's hotter here than I remembered! I'm going to start running and stuff tomorrow, especially since my mom said I gained. It's okay, I know, so I'm gonna work it off. I don't want to be the person you get to see after a long time, and then all you see is that they let go of themselves! I read this really cool quote in a magazine "Training is the opposite of hoping."
